Butterfly Basics

Join us at the Federal Way Community Center pool for this small, one-hour clinic dedicated to improving your stroke and your kick to help develop a fluid, efficient butterfly. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced swimmer, Coach Wendy Neely will incorporate drills and individualized feedback to fine-tune your technique, and build your confidence and endurance.  Bring your beginner's mindset and be prepared to work!  A minimum of four participants is required, but enrollment will be capped at just eight swimmers to ensure lots of personalized attention. If available, please bring your swim snorkel, fins, and paddles. Participants must be able to comfortably swim 50 yards. Register now before all spots are gone!

No refunds of clinic registration fees will be given.  Exceptions may be considered in the event of serious illness or injury.
