Basic Backstroke Clinic

Presented by Pacific Masters Swimming, this clinic, led by VP's of Club and Coach Services Stu and Mary Kahn, and 2014 USMS Coach of the Year Cokie Lepinski, offers 45 minutes of classroom presentation and 75 minutes of in-water demonstration and instruction.

Cost is $40 per swimmer and space is limited to 32 attendees, so please register early.

The clinic is specifically designed for beginner and intermediate backstroke swimmers. Swimmers will be taught basic theories and methods to reduce resistance and increase propulsion. Swimmers will leave the clinic with a personalized assessment and suggestions for stroke corrections.

USMS Membership is required for participation in this clinic.
