Swimwear Definitions: Open water swimwear definitions have been changed beginning January 1, 2011. These definitions will be applied to the Jim McDonnell Lake Swims. There are now two categories of swimwear that are acceptable: Category I (formerly non-wetsuit), which conforms to the FINA legal swimwear, and Category II (formerly wetsuit), which includes any swimwear that does not meet the requirements of Category I swimwear. While filling out entries, swimmers will still choose between wetsuit and non-wetsuit, but should be aware that there are some fine points of what is legal that did not exist prior to 2011. Please refer to the Swimwear Rules document for more information.

Awards: Awards will be given to 1st through 3rd place for each scoring division.
