Minnesota Masters/Hopkins Fun Relay Meet

Hopkins North Junior High School Pool

Meet Information: Swimmers will submit a 50 Free "seed" time. This will help in creating "teams".  Submitted seed times will be used to separate swimmers into 2-3 Even Teams.
This meet will be a "USMS Recognized Meet" due to the odd nature of some of the events. This meet will still be treated as a "normal" sanctioned meet, with Officials. Lead-off "legs" will be submitted as official Times and be elligible for Top 10/Records.

4-4:20  Annual Meeting / Misc Awards & Door Prizes

4:20-5:50 Hall of Fame Award Presentations (10 minutes per recipient+10 minutes total for info/wrap-up)

5:50-6:00 / Socialize / More Ice Cream / Final Door Prizes / Clean Up

DECK ENTRIES CLOSE 30 minutes prior to the Meet’s Start Time. Deck entries are $5.00 more than "pre-registration"
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Online entries are paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events."

Course: 6 lane 25yd pool, using 5 lanes for competition. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in 
compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Relays: There will be a 3-5 minute break between each event – relay entries will be accepted through the start of the event before each relay. All "teams" relays must complete a relay entry card complete with first and last name and age of each swimmer. Swimmers will be allowed to swim with any relay "team" regardless of Club or Workout Group Affiliation, but will not be eligible for MN or USMS Top 10/Records. 

Splits for Relay Lead-off "legs" will be recorded and submitted for an official time, and will be eligible for MN or USMS Top 10/Records.

Results: Will be posted at the meet and online at www.minnesotamasters.com within one week.

The Awards Dinner and Annual meeting will be held immediately following the Meet. It will be in the Cafeteria at North JH School.  It will be catered by Pizza Lucé. We will Have Pizza, Pasta, Salad, Appetizers. For Dessert, we will have a "Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundae". We will have ice cream with all the fixins.

During this time a presentation will be given on the Inagural MN Masters Hall of Fame class. We are inducting 12 individuals into our Brand New Minnesota Masters Hall of Fame.  
Other awards will be presented as well (more info at the event).
We will also have a raffle for all attendees for MN Masters Swag and Gift Cards to Local Swim Shops.
