LOCATION: West Bend West High School, 1305 E Decorah Rd., West Bend, WI
The pool is on the west end of the building with adjacent parking.

TIME: Pool Opens at 9:45am, warm-up at 10:00am. Meet starts at 11:00am.

NOTE: If the MAXIMUM NUMBER of 1500 METER FREESTYLE entries has been reached, a waiting list will be started.  If you want to be added to a waiting list for the 1500M FS, you must enter an alternate event here and then e-mail the Meet Director (wmacswim@sbcglobal.net) and ask to be placed on the 1500M waiting list.  If your name comes up from the waiting list on the day of the meet, you will swim the 1500M instead of your alternate event.  At no time can the limit of 5 individual events per day be exceeded. POSITIVE CHECK-IN is required for the 1500 Freestyle.  If you check-in and change your mind, please immediately notify the meet director so someone from the wait-list can take your place.

FACILITIES: 8 lane, 25 meter pool fixed wall pool.  Starting depth range 4.5 ft to 12 ft., turn end 3.5 ft. depth. The length
of the competition course, without a bulkhead, is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

9. 200m Medley Relay*
10. 400m Free Relay*
11. 50m Breaststroke
12. 200m IM
13. 50m Freestyle
14. 100m Backstroke
15. 200m Breaststroke
16. 100m Butterfly
17. 100m IM
18. 200m Free Relay*
19. 400m Medley Relay*
20. 800m Freestyle Relay*
21 1500m Freestyle (limited to first 12 entrants)

* Submit relay entries at the meet. Relays may be all men, all women or mixed (two men, two women). Swimmers will be permitted to swim in only one 200 Free, 200 Medley, 400 Free, 400 Medley and 800 Free relay.

The pool measurement meets the USMS requirements. This is not a bulkhead pool.

ENTRY FEE: $4.00/individual event, plus a $10.00 pool surcharge.

ENTRY LIMIT: Five individual events plus 5 relays. THE 1500 FREESTYLE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 12 ENTRIES RECEIVED and each swimmer entered in the 1500 will be responsible for providing a person to count his/her laps.  Please see note about a waitlist for this event.

Deck entries for individual events will not be accepted.

DIRECTIONS TO POOL:
From the Milwaukee area: Hwy 45 north to the exit at Paradise Rd. East on Paradise to the “round-about” at Hwy. G. North on G to the school, on the left, at Decorah Rd. From other areas: Hwy 33 to Hwy G, south on G to the school.
