FROM THE NORTH:
Take Interstate 5 South to Interstate 805 South to Interstate 8 East,
exit on Alvarado Rd/College Ave,
keep right at the fork, merge south onto College Ave,
turn left onto University Avenue.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Take Interstate 5 North to Interstate 15 North to State Route 94 East,
exit on Broadway/College Ave, keep right at the fork and follow signs for College Ave,
merge onto Federal Blvd then slight right onto College Ave, turn right onto University Ave.

Salvation Driveway is on the right (south side). Turn right into parking lot.

ELIGIBILITY:
All persons holding a 2013 (or 2014) United States Masters Swimming (USMS) membership card or a foreign equivalent may participate provided that a legible masters card copy
and completed entry form are submitted and the liability release is signed.  USMS on-line membership is available at www.usms.org/reg.  A membership form can be downloaded from the membership section of the SI LMSC web site at www.SIMasterSwim.org

ENTRY FEE:
$20 individual entry fee (NO DAY-OF-MEET DECK ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED)
$10 flat fee for "Relay Only" swimmers.
There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations or no shows.
Online Entries on Club Assistant are encouraged.
Online entries are paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events".

TO ENTER BY MAIL: Send
(1) completed entry form w/ signed liability release,
(2) a legible copy of your 2013 (or 2014) USMS/foreign card, &
(3) check payable to “Kenton Jones”

DEADLINE:
Mail entries must be received by noon on Saturday, November 2, 2013.
Online entries close at 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2013.
Estimated Timeline and Pre-Entry Psych Sheets will be
e-mailed to the roster on Saturday, November 2, 2013.

RULES:
USMS Rules govern the meet including the swim suit rules.
Officials are certified. Failure to act in a sportsmanlike or safe manner or to cooperate with the officials can result in disqualification from the meet.
A USMS Rule Book will be available on deck.

WARM UP/WARM DOWN:
NO DIVING is permitted into the pool during warm-up except into a designated “one-way” dive-only lane. Enter all other lanes feet first in a safe manner.
During the meet, diving is NEVER permitted into the warm-up and warm-down lanes.

EVENTS:
Swimmers may enter up to 5 individual events.
Enter accurate short course meters times or estimates; do not omit an entry time or enter “no time.”
All events are seeded from slow to fast by entry time regardless of age or gender.

CHECK IN:
Check-in is required for the 1500 & 800 meter Freestyles.
Check-in closes at 9:45 am for the 800 and at the end of Event 17 for the 1500.
Please notify the meet director if you check in and later decide not to swim.
All other events are pre-seeded.

AGE GROUPS:
Individual Events: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, etc. in five-year increments as needed.

TIMING:
Electronic Timing - Colorado Timing System 5 and two timers per lane.
All clubs and participants are required to assist with backup stopwatch timing during the meet.

RELAYS:
$4 each and deck entered. Relays are due before Event #17.
Relay-only swimmers must submit a completed entry form with signed liability release,
a USMS card copy, & $10 relay-only entry fee.
All 4 swimmers on each relay must belong to the same USMS-member club.
Relays must be composed of 4 women, 4 men, or 2 women & 2 men (mixed).
A swimmer may swim only once per relay event.
Cumulative age of relay members determines relay age group:
72-99, 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, etc. in forty-year increments as needed.
