Eligibility: Currently registered USMS swimmers, 18 years and older.

Dates: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, August 23-25, 2013.

Friday - Warm-ups at 3 PM; Meet starts at 4 PM.
Saturday - Warm-ups at 2 PM; Meet starts at 3 PM.
Sunday - Warm-ups at 8 AM; Meet Starts at 9 AM.

Location: Mt. Hood Community College Outdoor Pool

7 lanes competition, elec. timing, Lane 8 for warm-up/down

Directions to the pool: Take I-84. Use Exit 17. Follow Frontage Road to 257th and take a right. Follow 257th past Stark St to 17th St and take a left. Take the first left after the soccer field and left again into the aquatic center parking lot.

Entry Deadline: Online entries are preferred. Online entries must be completed before midnight on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Mailed entries must be POSTMARKED BY Tuesday, August 13, 2013.

Age Groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 95+.
Your competition age is the age you will be on December 31, 2013.
Relay Ages: 72-99, 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, 200-239, 240-279, 280-319, & 320-359.

Entry Limit: You may enter a maximum of 6 individual events with no more than 5 events per day plus unlimited relays.  Enter relays at the meet.

All events will be seeded SLOW TO FAST.

Check-In Deadlines:
The 400 IM, 1500 Freestyle, 800 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle will be deck seeded.

Friday:  Check-in for the 400 IM will open at 3pm and will close at 3:30pm. Check-in for the 1500 Freestyle will open at 3pm and close at 4pm.
Saturday: Check-in for the 800 Freestyle will open at 2pm and close at 2:30pm.
Sunday: Check-in for the 400 Free will open at 8am and close at the start of the 200 Back.

Enter relays at the meet.  Entry deadlines for relays will be announced at the meet.

Entry Fee: $29.50

OMS TEAM SCORING: Only teams registered by August 13, 2013, will be able to score points. There will be three team categories (Small, Medium, and Large) based upon the number of swimmers entered in the meet for each team. There will be a meeting of all the team representatives on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 2:45 PM to vote on the breakdown of the teams into these three categories. Swimmers from LMSCs outside of Oregon will not be scored in the team competition. Full team names and their abbreviations are listed below and on the 2013 OMS registration form in the most current issue of the Aqua Master. Someone from your team must register the team for 2013.

ONLY INDIVIDUAL EVENTS WILL BE USED FOR TEAM SCORING PURPOSES. RELAYS WILL NOT BE SCORED.

The team registration form is included in the Aqua Master and on the OMS website. Please make sure your team is registered.
