Eligibility: Currently registered USMS swimmers, 18 years and older.

Dates: Saturday, November 9, 2013.

Warm-ups at 8 AM; Meet Starts at 9 AM.

Location: Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center, 15707 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR
10 lanes competition, separate area for warm-up/down

Directions to the pool: Hwy 26 west to Cornell Rd exit. Turn left and cross over Hwy 26 heading south. Turn left again at signal light and proceed south on 158th Ave. Pool on your left.

Entry Deadline: Online entries are preferred. Online entries must be completed before midnight on Friday, November 1, 2013. Mailed entries must be POSTMARKED BY Friday, November 1, 2013.

Age Groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 95+.
Relay Ages: 18+, 25+, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+ & 85+.

Entry Limit: You may enter a maximum of 5 individual events plus unlimited relays. Enter relays at the meet.

All events will be seeded SLOW TO FAST.

Check-In Times:
The 1650 Freestyle will be deck seeded. Check-in for the 1650 Freestyle will open at 8 AM and close at 8:30 AM.

Entry Fee: $20.00. Online meet registration is paid by credit card to “ClubAssistant.com Events”. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
