ELIGIBILITY: Currently registered USMS swimmers, 18 years and older.

DATES: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 26-28, 2014.
Friday: Warm-ups: 4:00 pm  Meet Starts: 5:00 pm
Saturday: Warm-ups: 11:00 am  Meet Starts: 12:00 noon
Sunday: Warm-ups: 9:00 am  Meet Starts: 10:00 am

POOL: 25 meter, 8 lanes, outdoor covered pool - 6 lanes competition-electronic timing.
Continuous warm-up/down in 1 lane with buffer lane.

* Even though the outdoor pool is covered, spectator and swimmer seating areas are not covered. Participants are encouraged to bring canopies or open-sided tents for sun or rain protection.

POOL LENGTH COMPLIANCE: The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

DIRECTIONS TO POOL: From either north or south on I-205 at the Washington side of the Columbia River :
Take Exit 27 and proceed east on Hwy 14 toward Camas. Take Exit 10 (192 Ave) and turn left at the light, proceeding north up the hill to SE 20th Street. Turn right (east) on SE 20th Street. 20th Street becomes NW 38th Ave. Cross NW Parker St and LaCamas Swim & Sport will be another 1/4 mile on the right (south) side of the road.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Online entries are preferred.  Online entry must be completed by 11:59 pm PDT on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.  Mailed entries must be POSTMARKED no later than Friday, September 12, 2014.

MEET ENTRY FEE: $29.50   Online entries are paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events."

AGE GROUPS: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 100+. RELAY AGES: 72-99, 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, 200-239, 240-279, 280-319, & 320-359. Your competition age is the age you will be as of Dec. 31, 2014. 

ENTRY LIMIT: You may enter a maximum of 6 individual events, plus unlimited relays with no more than 5 individual events per day. All events will be seeded SLOW TO FAST.

RELAYS: Enter relays at the meet. 200, 400 and 800 Meter relays will be available with the longer relays swum after 200 relays of the same type. 

CHECK-IN DEADLINES: The 400 IM, 1500 Freestyle, 800 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle will be deck-seeded and positive check-in will be required. Check-in for the 400 IM will open Friday at 4:00 pm and close at 4:30 pm.  Check-in for the 1500 Free will open Friday at 4:00 pm and close at 5:00 pm. Check-in for the 800 Free will open Saturday at 11:00 am and will close at 11:30 am. Check-in for the 400 Free will open Sunday at 9:00 am and close at the start of the 100 Fly (Event #24).

AWARDS: Zone ribbons will be awarded to 1st thru 6th place.

BREAKS: There will be a break and short warm-up period after Event #3 800 Free.  Event #4 will not start before 1:00 pm. There will also be short breaks after events #6, #14, #21 and #26 prior to each set of relays.
