Warm-ups begin 8:15 AM, meet starts at 9:00 AM

Facility
10 lanes x 50 meter pool, 8 lanes used for competition
A continuous 50 meter warm-up lane will be available
Automatic Colorado timing system will be used
Lap counting cards will be available, but you must bring your own counter
Spectator seating is available in the balcony gallery
The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

Entries
Entry fee is $15 if entered before the deadline August 14
Deck entries are allowed with USMS card & entry fee of $20 and will be closed at 8:45 am
Swim times can be converted to long course meters seed times at our online Times Converter
Foreign swimmers registered with a FINA organization are welcome, except that they may not qualify for USMS Top 10, All-American awards nor set USMS records.

Rules
Open to all US Masters swimmers with valid 2019 registration
Swimmers may elect to enter both events
Events will be seeded combined men and women
The meet will be deck-seeded from fastest to slowest seed times
Positive check-in 15 minutes prior to start of each event is required
No awards will be presented
Final results will be posted online at pvmasters.org

All partcipants must complete and submit the facility waiver when arriving. Download the Waiver Form, print out and sign, and bring to the meet; or complete & sign a form at the front desk upon arrival.

Backup Timing
This meet is provided by Potomac Valley LMSC. We encourage our members to volunteer their services by timing for one event or both; contact the meet director to volunteer. We also encourage swimmers to bring friends and family members to help serve as backup timers.
