LOCATION: Tokay High School, 1111 W. Century Blvd, (corner of Century Blvd. & Ham Lane, Lodi). From Highway
99- Exit at Kettleman Lane (Hwy 12), take Kettleman Lane west 2 miles to Ham Lane, left on Ham Lane,
2 blocks. From I-5 - Exit Highway 12 east to Ham Lane, right on Ham Lane, 2 blocks. Pool located directly
east of tennis courts.

FACILITIES: Outdoor 10 lane pool. Warm up/warm-down lanes available. The competition course has been certified in
accordance with 104.2.2C(4) . The copy of such certification is on file. The water depth of the competition
pool, measured in accordance with Article 202.3.6, is 12 feet at the start end and 12 feet at the turn end.
The water depth of the separate warm-up lanes, measured in accordance with Article 202.3.6, varies from
3.5 feet to 8 feet, at the start end and varies from 3.5 feet to 8 feet, at the turn end.

TIMES: Meet begins at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. Warm-ups begin no later than 8:00 a.m.

RULES: Current U.S.A. Swimming/Sierra rules will govern meet. All events are timed finals. Events will be swum
slowest to fastest. All swimmers may compete in five events per day.

ELIGIBILITY: All swimmers must be members of Lodi Swim Club, Oakdale Swim Club, Toulumne County Aquatics or
Woodbridge G&CC

SAFE SPORT: In furtherance of the USA Swimming and Sierra Nevada Swimming athlete protection
program, the use of audio or visual recording devices, including cell phones, photography of any form
(video, digital, cell phone, iPad, SLR camera etc.) is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker
rooms, or behind the starting end of the pool.
Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker
rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is strongly discouraged.
Glass containers are not permitted on the pool deck Use of propane heaters is prohibited.

ENTRIES: Swimmers please return the attached SAMMS card to your Coach by Monday May 30th

RESTRICTIONS: Smoking is not allowed on any Lodi Unified School District facility. Anyone desiring to smoke must go
off campus to do so. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is also prohibited in areas adjacent to the pool
(on the deck, in bleachers, dressing rooms and swimmer rest areas. Still or video photography is not
permitted behind the starting blocks.

COMPUTER: This meet will be conducted using the Hy-Tek computer system. The results of this meet will be sent to
teams.
