PLEASE NOTE:

                 NEW MEET LOCATION OF Woodland Trails Pool, 1500 Euclid Ave, Mt Prospect, IL

THE LATER SESSION IS NOW FULL, No more entries for Event 2 will be accepted.

Lanes are still available for the early session, Event 1

Format:  There will be 3 early bird heats starting at 6AM seeded slow to fast with 4 heats starting at 8AM fast to slow. There will be ample space for warmup/cooldown throughout the meet.  Pool opens 5:30 AM for warmup.

Place (new location): Woodland Trails Pool, 1500 Euclid Ave, Mt Prospect, IL.   6 lane 50 meter outdoor pool. NO STARTING BLOCKS.  The pool has been measured for top 10 and records, three or more watches will be used.  Unofficial splits will be taken and mailed to swimmers after the meet.  If you want official splits for records or top ten please provide an additional timer.

T-Shirt: Participants get a T-shirt in lieu of an award.  Request T-shirt size.

Eligibility:  Open to all masters swimmers with 2011 USMS registration.  If you are not registered you may register in conjunction with the online entry process. One Event Registrations are not available for pool meets.

Entry Fee:  $30, the T-shirt is included in entry fee if entry is received by June 19.  T-shirts may not be available for later entrants.

Entry Process:  Enter online with ClubAssistant.  The first 16 entrants will have their own lane (filled), later entrants may need to share, with priority for single lanes given to swimmers likely to make top 10 national times.  Registration will close for a session when that session is full.   A heat sheet will be posted on our website June 21 and emailed to entrants who register by June 19.  Later entries will be accepted only if lanes are available.  THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF MEET DECK ENTRIES,  no entries will be accepted after 6PM  central time on June 25.

Enter one of the following as your event:

Event 1:  Early bird heats 6-7:30 AM (limited to 30 swimmers)

Event 2: Heats 8-9:45 AM (limited to 40 swimmers)

You must enter a seed time, even if only a rough estimate.  Please include email address and give T-shirt size.
