Location:
SUNY New Patlz Elting Pool, 1 Hawk Drive, New Paltz, NY 12561.The pool is a 6 lane, 25 yard facility. The length of the competition course is in compliance without a bulkhead and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Directions: Interstate 87 Exit 18.From South:Get off at exit 18, proceed through the toll bootht o the light at the rt. 299 intersection. Proceed on 299 for about a mile until S. Manheim Blvd. Make a left S. Manheim Blvd, and continue for ½ a mile unto southside loop. Make a right on Southside loop and follow it through campus until Hawk Drive. Make a right on hawk drive, and the pool will be on your left.

Eligibility:  Open to all swimmers, 18 & older, as of December 11, 2016. All swimmers must be registered with USMS (or the equivalent FINA organization). If registering for the meet online, your USMS membership will be verified online. If registering for the meet by mail, you must include a copy of your registration card. If you need to join or renew USMS membership, please visit www.adms.org, and follow the instructions. The age of a swimmer is his or her age on December 11, 2016.

Online entries must be completed by 11:59 PM on December 7, 2016. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Saturday, December 3, 2016.

Events: This is a pre-seeded meet with events being swum slowest to fastest. A swimmer may enter up to FIVE individual events.
Swimmers entered in event #1, the 1650 freestyle, must check-in by 8:30 AM. Swimmers failing to check-in by the stated time will be scratched from the event.
There will be no more than FOUR heats of event # 1, the 1650 Free.

Rules: 2016 USMS rules govern this meet. This includes no diving or backstroke starts in warm-up or cool down lanes except in the one-way designated sprintlanes. You must fully cooperate with this requirement.
One lane will be available throughout the meet for warm-up and cool-down.

Results: Results will be posted at www.adms.org.

Entry fees:  The entry fee is $6.00 per individual event plus a $5.00 meet surcharge.
NO DECK ENTRIES for individual events will be accepted.
Online entries are preferred and can be performed through Club Assistant. If mailing an entry, make your check payable to “SUNY New Paltz Swimming”.
