Warm-ups and Meet Start Time
Warm-ups begin at 8am and the meet will begin promptly at 9am.

Facilities
6 lane all deep 25 meters with touchpads. Two additional lanes 
will be available for warm up and cool down. Concessions will be 
available.
The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in 
compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 
105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Parking
Free parking along Coldwell Ave. and in parking lots adjacent to 
Coldwell and Tully Rd. No parking allowed in stalls marked ‘Staff’.

Check-In
Swimmers in Events #1-8 must check-in before 8:30am and all 
other participants by 10am. 

Entries
Swimmers may swim up to 5 individual events. 400m Freestyle 
will be mixed (heats fastest-slowest). Ribbons will be awarded. 
Entries capped at 125 swimmers, so pre-entry is strongly 
advised.
Online entries : $25.00 per swimmer (you may enter up to 5 
individual events). Enter at: 
https://www.clubassistant.com/meets.cfm by midnight 
Wednesday, August 20. Your credit card will be charged by 
“ClubAssistant.com Event Billing” for this meet.
Mailed entries : $30 per swimmer (you may enter up to 5 
individual events). You must use the consolidated entry form from 
Pacific Masters Swimming. Entries must be postmarked by 
Wednesday, August 13 or received by Friday, August 15. With a 
copy of your 2014 USMS registration card attached, mail entry 
and check payable to MAAC, NO REFUNDS, to: MAAC

Deck entries: $30 per swimmer, as space allows. Check 
www.maacswim.org the day before the meet for the number of 
deck entries available. You must bring a copy of your 2014 USMS 
registration card. All deck entries must be completed by 8:30am. 
Relays are deck entered at $5 per relay.
