ONLINE REGISTRATION IS EXTENDED UNTIL 8PM EASTERN TIME TODAY, 7/22/2010

Location:  From Dayton or Columbus take 275 east to the Five-Mile Exit # 69; turn right (north) onto Five Mile. From Lexington or Louisville take Interstate 275 east, take the Five-mile exit #69, turn left and continue north on Five-Mile and drive 1.5 miles through the intersection of Five-Mile and Beechmont Avenue to 3-way intersection, where Five-Mile meets Clough Pike. Turn right (east) onto Clough Pike. Drive 2.5 miles, heading east on Clough. Once you past the Nagel Road intersection the YMCA entrance will be located on your left (200 feet).

Facility: The meet will be conducted in the Outdoor pool. The pool is a 6-lane 50 meter pool with Competitor non-turbulent lane markers, Colorado automatic timing ran with Hy-Tek software. There will be separate pool available for continuous warm-up and warm down.

Conduct: 2010 U.S. Masters Swimming rules will govern conduct of the meet. Warm up for Event # 1: 8 AM.  Meet begins at 9 AM. This meet MUST be concluded by 12 noon. Any events NOT swam will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for events not swam.

Eligibility: Because of insurance regulations, all swimmers must be registered U.S. Masters Swimmers. Limit 5 individual events.

Age Groups: Age of competitors on December 31st, 2010 will determine age group.

Seeding: Heats will be formed by times, regardless of age or sex, and progress from “no time” and deck entries slowest to fastest.

Deadline: Pre-Entries are due by July 22nd, 2010.  Deck entries will be accepted until 8:50 A.M. on the day of the meet. 

Entry information: ONLINE REGISTRATION is preferred, deadline is 12 noon EDT on July 22, 2010.  Paper registrations must be received by July 22, 2010. Entry Fees: $20.00 per person for on-line entry, $25.00 per paper entry and $35.00 for deck entry. Deck entries will be accepted only for events for which open lanes are still available. Heats may, but will not necessarily be reseeded. Meet Check In:  Please check in when you arrive. This will help us create heats and keep the meet running smoothly.
