LOCATION:  YMCA Aquatic Center. 8422 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819

POOL SPECS:  Eight lane 25 meter pool.  Warm-up and Warm Down available (25 yards).

TIMING EQUIPMENT:  Colorado timing system with scoreboard.

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to all USMS registered swimmers.

SEEDING:  Times will be seeded Short Course Meters. No conversions by meet management.  Please enter times for SCM.

CHECK-IN:  Individual events of 200 meters or less are pre-seeded (no check-in required).  Individual events of 400 meters and longer REQUIRE POSITIVE CHECK-IN.  Check-in will be available on SwimPhone.com beginning on Thursday, October 13.  Check-in will also be available in person at the meet.  Distance events will be swum slowest to fastest.

• The 400m IM and 800m Freestyle on Friday require positive check-in by 5:30pm.
• The 400m Freestyle on Saturday requires positive check-in by 9:30am Saturday.
  
• The 1500m Freestyle on Sunday requires positive check-in by 8:30am Sunday.
  
• More information regarding SwimPhone online check-in will be sent to you by email on Wednesday, October 12.
  

SCRATCHES:   No penalty for scratching on the block.

ENTRY LIMIT:  Five (5) individual events per day, plus relays. No limit to the number of relays entered - indicate as "A", "B", "C", etc.  

ENTRY FORM:  Online Entry Preferred.  Online entries are accepted with credit card payment (Visa, MC or Discover).  Please note that your credit card will be charged by “ClubAssistant.com Event Billing” for this meet registration.

ENTRY FEES:
$4 per event. $25 Facility Charge.
$10 per relay and paid at the meet.

RELAY ENTRIES:  Entries for relays will be due the morning of the session they are swum.  Entry deadlines will be announced during warm up sessions.  Relays will be seeded after the deck entry deadline.  Relay fees must be paid with submission of relay entries.

DECK ENTRIES:  Deck entries are permitted but must be completed 30 minutes prior to the start of a session and this includes relays. No new heats will be created for individual events. Relays will be seeded after the deck entry deadline.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
All entries should be completed online or received by mail by September 30, 2011 at 5pm eastern time.
$10 late fee for all entries completed online or received by mail October 1 through October 13, 2011.
Online registration closes at 5pm eastern time on October 13, 2011.

AWARDS:
Individual Events & Relay Events: 1^st – 3^rd Medals & 4^th – 8^th Ribbons.
Age-Group High Point Awards.

SCORING:  Individual: 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Relays are double points

ROWDY CLUB:
Rowdy Club members will be entitled to V.I.P. hospitality throughout the meet, which will include breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks. Cost is $50 per member.

WET N WILD SOCIAL:
The fun doesn’t stop after the races are over…Not even close!  Come enjoy an all-inclusive private party at Wet ‘n Wild.  We’ll be enjoying an all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet, beach volleyball, live Polynesian entertainment and door prizes.  This amazing party is just $25 per person!  Sold Out!  A limited number of tickets will be available at the meet!
