EVENT DETAILS: All age groups swim 25-yards.

WHO CAN SIGN UP: The meet is open to all swim teams for USA Swimming, USMS, cabana, recreational, college, and high school.  Synchro, water polo teams, private clubs, tri groups, coaches and the community are invited to race as well! 

HOW TO SIGN UP: Swimmers can enter on Club Assistant, Fast Swims, Swim Connection or by team entry file through TU on Hytek.  If submitting a team entry file, entry fee check(s) must be received prior to the entry deadline.  Email team entry files to liv@swimqss.org.  Entries are due by Saturday, March 23 by 5:00 PM. 

ENTRY FEE: $25 per swimmer for up to four 25s
Credit cards are processed by ClubAssistant.com Events. This is the name you will see on your credit card statement.

TIME: Meet warm-ups start at 7:30 AM.  Meet starts at 9:00 AM.  The Saturday finals session will start no earlier than one hour after the conclusion of the prelims session.

FACILITY: Up to 17 lanes will be used for competition.  At least 5 additional lanes will be available for warm-up and warm-down.  The facility is equipped with track start blocks, speed lights, Omega touchpads, and a full color LED scoreboard.

• High point trophy per age group for lowest cumulative time in all four 25s.

Timed finals
Age Groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89 + fin division

Individual Awards:

• Ribbons for 1st – 3rd by age group.
• High point trophy per age group for lowest cumulative time in all four 25s.

Team Awards:

• USMS Team
• Cabana team
• Other sports team (water polo, synchro, etc.)
• Community, Business or Sporting Group (tri, water polo, sports club, etc.

Events will be swum together, but awarded separately. 

Scoring will be based on lanes run at the meet. 

Participants will need to check-in no later than 30 minutes prior the start of their event.

Swimmers in the fin division must swim breaststroke arms with either a flutter and/or dolphin kick for the 25 yard Breaststroke.  All other strokes will follow standard USA and USMS Swimming stroke rules.
