Date & Time: Sunday, May 13, 2012

Warm-up at 7:30 AM for 1500 m Freestyle; Starts at 8:00 AM

Warm-up at 9:30 AM for all other events; Starts no earlier than 10:30 AM

 

Location: T2 Aquatics @ Norris Pool, 13275 Livingston Rd, Naples, Florida, 34109

 

Facility: 9-lane, 50 meter outdoor competition pool (6 for event, 3 for warm-up) with Colorado timing for competition

 

Eligibility: Open to all USMS registered swimmers 18 years & older. Age determination date for this meet (and for all METER meets) is your age on December 31, 2012. Not a current member of USMS? Register for USMS membership online at: https://www.clubassistant.com/club/usms.cfm or by using the links shown to you in online meet registration.

 

Rules: Current USMS rules govern. Your 2012 USMS membership will be verified during online registration. For paper registration, a copy of your 2012 USMS Card MUST be attached to the entry form. 

 

Limits: Each swimmer may enter up to 5 events plus relays (relays will be deck entered).

Entries: Online registration for this meet is preferred for speed and accuracy. Online registration closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 11, 2012.  Paper entries due May 5 (received, not postmarked) to be “on-time”. Entries received after May 5 (online entry or paper entry) will be charged the late entry fee.

 

Deck Entries: Permitted with late entry fee; Closes on day of the event at 7:30 AM for the 1500m Freestyle; at 10:00 AM for all other events.

 

Entry Fees: $35 flat fee, per swimmer INCLUDES BBQ following the meet. Deck or late entries are $45.00 flat fee, per swimmer which INCLUDES BBQ. Online entries will reflect “ClubAssistant.com Events” on your credit card. All entries are final and no refunds will be provided.

 

Seeding: Entries will be seeded by time; there may be men and women seeded together for the certain events. Relay teams will be deck entered at the meet.

 

Check-in: Positive check-ins (*) are required 30 minutes before the 1500m Freestyle, 400m Individual Medley and 400m Freestyle.

 

Awards: First through third place awards will be given by age group & gender for individual events and relays.

 

For Fun: BBQ will be provided after the last event. Additional family members are invited for $5.00 per person.
