•        Check-In    6:30 to 7:10am
•        Safety Meeting.      7:15am

SWIMMER ELIGIBILITY: Must be USMS Registered (www.usms.org/reg) or Pay $25.00 One Event fee plus registration fees. Sanctioned by Minnesota LMSC for USMS Inc." (Article 203.3.3)

SAFETY: Positive check in will be required for swimmers prior to the start of the race. Failure to abide by this will result in disqualification. Swim caps will be provided and MUST be worn.

T-SHIRTS: You must register by Sunday July 7th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Only a few extras are ordered.

ENTRY FEE:  Rebecca 5K Stage (individual or 2-person relay) (processing fees will apply during checkout) 
     - Through May 24:  $40 Individual, $65 Relay
     - May 25 - May 31:  $45 Individual, $70 Relay
     - June 1 - July 6:  $50 Individual, $75 Relay
     - July 7 - July 12:  $55 Individual, $80 Relay
     - July 13 (race day):  $65 Individual, $90 Relay

• Online Registration Deadline is July13th.
• Event is Limited to first 100 swimmers registered.
• Race day registration ($65/$90 & USMS Card at beach, NO ONE Event Registrations on Race Day)
• Entry Fees are non-refundable. If the race is cancelled due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, there will be no refunds (sorry). Online entry fees will be charged to your credit card by “ClubAssistant.com Events”. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only.

COURSE & DISTANCE: The race will start at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve Beach and head South towards first buoy, round buoy (counter-clockwise), swim East towards second buoy; round and swim Northwest toward third buoy; Repeat loop again. The course will be patrolled with safety boats. Escorts for swimmer are not permitted. No hand paddles, buoys, fins or other such swimming aids. Use of wetsuits or swimsuits that are made of fabric that provides flotation or flotation devices will be permitted, but not eligible for awards.

The course will be closed at approximately 9:30am. Course will be marked with orange buoys.

PARKING: Public parking – abide by posted parking restrictions.

Half Marathon participants must compete in the 5K at Lake Rebecca to be eligible for TCOWHM awards.
