9:30AM-10:15AM
Events: 10:30AM-4:00PM
Where: UBC Aquatic Centre, 6121 University Blvd, Vancouver BC
Social: 4:00PM-7:00PM @ Mahony & Sons Pub, near the pool. Complimentary appetizers, draw prizes!
Entry Fees: Canadian Masters Swimmers: $40.00 CDN (includes mandatory pool improvement fee and GST)
US Masters Swimmers: $40.00 USD (includes mandatory pool improvement fee and GST)

Entry Deadline: Monday, November 16th at Midnight.
Rules: MSC rules, warm-up procedures, and the BC Swim Technical Guide will be in effect for this meet.
Eligibility: Masters swimmers registered with their Provincial, State, or National masters organizations. Masters registration # will be required to enter.
Awards: Results will be posted online. There will be no ribbons or medals.
Pool: 8x25m competition pool, 6x25y warmdown pool, electronic timing.

A swimmer can swim up to 4 individual events, and 3 relays. The 800m freestyle will be limited to 3 heats. ** If the meet is
running long, we may cancel the 800 freestyle.
Each relay event will combine the men’s, women’s and mixed relay teams. There will not be separate events for men’s,
women’s and mixed relays. A swimmer may only swim on one relay team per relay event. Relays will be entered ondeck at the meet.
There will be a 15 minute break between events 9 and 10, assuming the meet is running on schedule.
