Time
Warmup: 1:00 - 1:45 pm
Events: 2:00 to 5:00 pm

Social: Potluck- Please bring a dish to share.

Eligibility
All swimmers must be registered with MSABC or FINA affiliated organizations. Age groups are based
on the age of the swimmer as of December 31, 2016.

Fees
$30.00 flat fee. Fees must be paid prior to the start of the meet. No refunds.

Meet Rules
MSC rules and warm up procedures will be in effect at this meet. The Swim BC Technical Guide rules
will be in effect. All events are timed finals. This will be a cardless meet. Two lanes in the noncompetition
tank will be continuously open for warm-up and cool-down.

Entries
Deadline for registration is October 23, 2016. No limit on number of events entered. Entries must be
emailed to Norma Lachance at norma.lachance@okmasters.com

All entries must be accompanied by the swimmer’s Masters BC registration number or FINA registration number. Registration is limited to 150 swimmers

Relays
All relays will be exhibition only. Teams will be made up at registration. Bring along a ‘Theme related’ costume for the Mystery 200m Relay (event 17).

Deck entries
Deck entries are at the discretion of the Meet Manager. A fee of $7.00 per event must accompany a deck entry request.

Awards
Event placings will be posted online and at the event..

Event 1 may be swum as either Free or IM
Event 4 may be swum as either Fly OR Breast
Event 13 may be swum as either Fly, Breast or Back
Event 14 may be swum as either Free OR Back
Event 17 (not listed) is a 200m Costume Fright-Fest relay
