Jamina Winston Memorial SCM Invite

Hosted by Mesa Aquatics Club Masters and Sanctioned by Arizona Masters Swimming, Inc. for USMS Inc.
Proceeds and tax deductible donations will go to the Cystric Fibrosis and AASF scholarship fund.

Location: Kino Aquatics Center, 848 N. Horne, Mesa AZ

Facility: 8 lane x 25 Meter outdoor pool with bulkhead.  8 competition lanes with 8 SCY lanes available for continuous warm up and warm down. The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.17 and 107.21, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation.  Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

Time:  Warm up from  7:00am-8:00am . Meet starts at 8:00am. There will be a 30 minute break prior to the start of the 200m Fly and competition will not start again prior to 9am.

Entries:  Swimmers may enter up to 5 individual events.  Entries submitted by surface mail accepted if postmarked by 9/21/14. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM  on 9/24/2014.    NO REFUNDS of entry fees.

Online Individual Entries:  Entries are processed online on Club Assistant software, from whom you will receive immediate confirmation of entry via email.  Bring the billing information email to the meet as proof of entry.  Online entry requires payment by credit card using our secure site.  The cost to enter is  $30 per swimmer, for up to 5 events.  Your credit card will be charged by “Club Assistant.com Event Billing”.                                                                                                        

Check in:  Positive check-in required for event 1 (800m Free) by 7:30am and event 16 (400m IM) by the end of event #10 (200IM).  Entry closures will be announced.

Meet Shirt: A memorial shirt will be available. Information will be provided as it is available.

800m Free:  Positive Check in required for the 800m Free. Event will be swum slowest to fastest. 
400m IM:  Positive Check in required for the 400m IM. Event will be swum fastest to slowest.
