For Recreational Swimmers Ages 18 Years And Younger

Directions: The College Greens Swim & Racquet Club is located at 2707 Notre Dame Drive. From Highway 50, take Howe Avenue/Power Inn exit and head South, go left at Folsom Blvd, go left at Notre Dame Drive. The club is at the intersection of Notre Dame & Lake Forest Drive.

Parking: Parking in the lot immediately in front of the club is reserved for meet officials. Parking is available in the neighborhood surrounding the club.

Course: 25-yard outdoor, heated 6-lane pool. Colorado timing system is utilized on both ends of the pool.

Snack Bar: A snack bar serving meals, snacks and drinks will be available during the meet.

Eligibility: All swimmers participating on a recreational swim team are eligible to compete.

Entries: Registration and waivers can be found here on Club Assistant software. The cost is $20.00 per swimmer through 11:59pm May 6, 2019. Registration is online on Club Assistant software until the May 4 deadline. All entries received after May 6th will pay $25 each for on-deck registration, provided space is available, which may be paid by cash or check only. Fee includes swimmer registration and all splash fees. T-shirts will be available on-line at the time of registration. 

Credit card payments are processed by "ClubAssistant.com Events".

This is a pre-seeded meet. Swimmers registering after the May 4th deadline will not be seeded. Swimmers may enter any events available for their age, IM may not be available to deck entries.

The meet is capped at 300 swimmers. No entries will be accepted after the cap is reached. In the event the cap is not reached, deck entries will be accepted until 8:00 am the morning of the meet.

All times are "Official".

Check-In: All swimmers must check in. The meet begins at 8:30am.

Ready Bench: There will be no official ready area. Swimmers and parents are responsible for swimmers getting to the blocks in time for their races.

Warm-Ups: Warms ups will run by age: 13-18 from 7:00 – 7:30, 9-12 from 7:30 – 8:00, 8 & under from 8:00 – 8:25. The meet begins at 8:30.

Awards: For each event, medals will be given to the 1st place swimmer. Ribbons will be provided to swimmers finishing 2nd through 6th. Awards will be available at the awards table within 30 minutes of the final results being posted. High point trophies will be awarded to the highest scoring male and female swimmer in each age group at the end of the meet. Awards will not be mailed after the meet unless there is a tie.
