Liability:                   
In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that U.S. Masters Swimming, the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona, BEST Swim Club Inc. Phoenix Swim Club, Phoenix Country Day School, and all meet officials shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes all warm-up sessions.

Course:                     
Eight lane, outdoor, 50 meter pool with non-turbulent lane lines, Colorado timing system, a separate warm-up pool will be available throughout the meet   

Eligibility:                
Any swimmer with a valid 2015 USMS registration or a valid travel permit from another country is eligible. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2015 USMS registration card or travel permit with their entry.

Rules:                        
2015 USMS rules apply. All events are timed final.  Swimmers are limited to 4 events. Age on May 17, 2015 determines the age group of the swimmer for the entire meet. The 400 Free will be limited to 24 swimmers. The first 24 entered will swim. All events will be pre-seeded, men and women together, slowest to fastest.

Entries and fees:    
Entries must be received by Wednesday, May 13th, 2015. Late entries will not be accepted.  There is a $25.00 fee for the meet IF YOU ENTER ONLINE on ClubAssistant.com (you are here now). Online entries are paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com.  Swimmers are encouraged to enter online. This covers all events that a swimmer wishes to enter (no more than 4 per day). Swimmers may choose to mail their entry for a fee of $27.00. 
There will be no deck entries.

Scoring:                    
Top eight places within each age group/sex for each event will score as follows: 9,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Awards:                    
There will be individual high point awards for each age group/sex.

Social:                       
A social will follow the meet
