Liability:                          
In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that U.S. Masters Swimming, the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona, BEST Swim Club Inc. Phoenix Swim Club, Phoenix Country Day School, and all meet officials shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes all warm-up sessions.

Sanction:                        
This is a dual sanctioned meet. A USA Swimming meet will be held concurrently at the venue. Events will alternate between USA Swimming events and USMS events. Held under the sanction of U.S. Masters Swimming and the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona

Location:                        
Phoenix Country Day Aquatic Center, 3901 E. Stanford Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253
(2 blocks north of Camelback Road on 40th Street).

Course:                            
Ten lane, outdoor, 25 yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines, Colorado timing system, several lanes in a separate warm-up pool will be available throughout the meet
                                            
Eligibility:                       
Any swimmer with a valid 2015 or 2016 USMS registration or a valid travel permit from another country is eligible. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2015or 2016 USMS registration card or travel permit with their entry.

Rules:                               
2015 USMS rules apply. All events are timed final.  Age on November 15th, 2015 determines the age group of the swimmer for the entire meet.

Entries and fees:         
Entries must be completed online by midnight November 11th, 2015. Late entries will not be accepted.  There is a flat $25 fee for the meet IF YOU ENTER ONLINE.   Swimmers are encouraged to enter online. Swimmers may still choose to mail their entry.

Scoring:                           
Top eight places within each age group/sex for each event will score as follows: 9,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.  

Awards:                           
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st - 8th places.
