Swim Meet Registration

Invitational Meet for Registered Recreational Swimmers Only
Location: Johnson Ranch Racquet Club is located at 2600 Eureka Road, Roseville between Sierra College Blvd and E Roseville Parkway. From Highway 50 exit Hazel Ave. continue on to Sierra College, turn left onto E Roseville Parkway and right onto Eureka Rd. From Highway 80, exit east on Douglas Blvd, turn right onto Eureka Rd.
Facilities: Outdoor heated 8 lane 25-Yards with restrooms.
Eligibility: All swimmers registered with a recreational swim team are eligible. No unattached swimmers will be allowed. All swimmers will swim in the age group according to their age as of June 15, 2017.
Entries: Enter online on Club Assistant software. Online enteries are paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com Events. JRRC swimmers, please register using TeamUnify only
Entry Limits: Swimmers may enter all events available for their age group. A cap of 350 swimmers will be enforced. Deck Entries may be accepted if the cap has not been reached.
Entry Fees: Individual entries: $4.00 per event and an additional $6.00 surcharge per swimmer.
Warm Ups: Warm ups will be run by age group. 13-18: 7:30 – 8:00, 11-12: 8:00 – 8:20, 9-10: 8:20 – 8:40, 8&Un: 8:40 – 9:00. The meet will begin at 9:00am. Warm ups will start at 7:15 a.m. and end at 8:45 a.m.
Check-In: All swimmers must check-in. Swimmers must check-in by 8:00am. The meet will begin at 9:00am.
Admission: Admission is free. Meet Mobile will also be available for this meet.
Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 place finishers. Awards will be given to the coaches of each team at the conclusion of the meet. If the awards are not picked up at the meet, they will not be mailed. Deck entries will not be scored or awarded.
High Point: The individual Top high point winners will receive a custom towel like below, the 2nd and 3rd highpoint winners will be recognized with a different award.

Timers: Each participating team may be assigned lanes to provide timers. These assignments will be made relevant to the number of swimmers each team has attending. Timers will be served snacks and refreshments.
Stroke & Turn: We would like each participating team bringing more than 25 swimmers to provide at least 1 stroke and turn official. Please email Kathy Myers if you have volunteers to help.
Vendors: A snack bar will be open during the meet, serving snacks, breakfast, and lunch.
T-Shirts: T-Shirts are availble for pre-purchase during this registration. Pre-order of shirts for $15 are valid for all registrations completed by June 12th. There will be limited sizes for purchase at the meet.
