Meet Conditions – Events Set up Information

• All Masters events are only open to MSA Members and will be mixed gender events
• Swimmer Age will be as of 31st December 2017.
• Mesters Swimmers must be financial members of MSA as at the date of closure of entries.
• For Masters Events, Medals will be awarded for 1st placing, with Ribbons for 2nd and 3rd placing.
• Relay entries will need an entry time for seeding purposes. Entry will be by Club. Ribbons will be awarded for relays.
• Depending upon the number of entries Long Distance events (800m and 1500m), at the discrection of the Technical Director, restrictions may be placed upon strokes swum.
• There will be a break after event 37

Meet Conditions – General 

• Meet conducted under the rules of Masters Swimming Australia; current at the date of the Meet.
• Entry Cost: $10/swimmer Meet Entry and $8 per event fee (Including relays).
• Entries only via online entries.
• Individual online Entries close on Friday October 17th at 5:00pm. Relay entries will be available from that date and time.
• Final swimmer entry list will be available on Wednesday October 18th at www.mastersswimmingvic.org.au  Any adjustments to the program need to be notified to admin@mastersswimmingvic.org.au by 9pm Wednesday October 18th
• Final Program will be available for download from Thursday October 19th.
• Pool entry is by donation, which will be in support of Jayne McGrath Foundation and Beyond Blue
• Kyabram Swimming Club reserves the right to alter the program if deemed necessary

Other Information:
Echuca is a beautiful town located in North West Victoria – travel time around 2.45 hours from Melbourne.

This meet is a chance to swim in a really friendly environment amid a whirl of people both young and old who drew inspiration and encouragement from each other. There was a real sense of fun and and enjoyment of one each other's company last year.
