Sanctioned by the North Texas Local Masters Swimming Committee for USMS. Times achieved at the meet will be submitted to USMS and eligible for Top Ten and USMS and FINA National and World records.

COURSE 
Six (6) 50 Meter lanes with Colorado timing. 
Two (2) 50 Meter lanes will be available for warmup and cool-down throughout the competition. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. 
 
ELIGIBILITY 
Open to all currently registered USMS and FINA swimmers, ages 18 and over as of December 31, 2023 (Note: a competitor who is 18 years old must be 18 as of June 17, 2023). Swimmers not currently registered with USMS will be given an opportunity to register with USMS while doing their online entry.

AGE GROUPS
Individual: 18‐24,25‐29,30‐34,35‐39,40‐44,45‐49,50‐54,55‐59,60‐64,65‐69,70‐74,75‐79, etc.
Relays: 76‐99,100‐119,120‐159,160‐199,200‐239,240‐279,280‐319,320‐359,360‐399
Note: the aggregate age of the four relay team members shall determine the age group.
 
RULES 
2023 USMS rules will govern this meet.  Meet management reserves the right to adjust logistics in order to run an efficient meet. 
 
BREAKS 
A 10-minute break will take place after event 8 and event 20.  Breaks may be added or removed by the Meet Referee. 
 
ENTRIES 

• Competitors may enter up to a maximum of five (5) individual events per day.
• Competitors may enter a maximum of (2) relay events per day. All relays will be seeded on the day of meet.
• There will be NO INDIVIDUAL DECK ENTRIES.  
• Online meet entry is paid by credit card to TEXASFORDAQUATICS.COM.  
• Online entry closes at 11:59 pm Central time on June 12, 2023.  
• Events will be seeded slowest to fastest. 

DECK ENTRIES 
Deck entries will not be accepted. 

ENTRY FEES 
Swim Meet fee is $45.00.  All Entry and registration fees are non-refundable. 

First Meet Free Promotion: Sponsored by North Texas LMSC.  If you have never entered a Masters meet, you can enter the meet for FREE! To enter you must be a member of North Texas LMSC for 2023.  Email your request to Chris Jones, coachjones@texasfordaquatics.com for verification and to receive your Club Assistant entry coupon.

USMS Split Notification Forms: Fully completed forms must be submitted prior to the end of the meet. Forms will be available at the meet or can be downloaded https://www.usms.org/admin/lmschb/gto_rectab_split_request.pdf.  The request for relay leadoff split times and initial backstroke distance times in individual backstroke events must be made prior to the swim.

PARKING 
Free parking is available at TFA.  One way traffic only counter-clockwise around the facility.  Please do not park in the Public Storage lot, you will be towed. 

AWARDS 
Cards will be provided for the placement of Award Labels as a race record for all. 

RESULTS 
Results will be available USMS.org and sent via email to participants. 

EVENT HOST 
The amazing staff and volunteers of Texas Ford Aquatics.

SEEDING 
The meet will be seeded slowest to fastest.
