Liability:
In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that United States Masters Swimming, Inc., Delaware Valley LMSC, Upper Main Line YMCA, YMCA of Greater Brandywine and all meet officials shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes warm-up sessions.

Location:
Upper Main Line YMCA, 1416 Berwyn-Paoli Road, Berwyn, PA  19312

Course:
UMLY has a 6-lane 50 meter heated pool with non-turbulent lane dividers. A Colorado start and automatic timing system with touchpads will be used. A separate 25 yard warm-up pool will be available for continuous warm-up throughout the meet.  The depth of the pool at the starting blocks and turn end is 6 feet. 

Eligibility:
Open to all USMS-registered swimmers 18 years and over.  Age on December 31, 2019 shall govern this meet.

Seeding:
This meet will be seeded slowest to fastest, regardless of age and sex.  NT will not be accepted.

Rules:
This meet will be held in long course meters (LCM) and governed by 2019 USMS rules.
Events are pre-seeded, timed final events.
The length of the competition course is 50 meters, and is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.
All swimmers are limited to SIX (6) individual events.
Entries must be submitted using the swimmer’s best long course times.  No Times (NT) will not be accepted (multiply your short course yard time by 1.1).  
The 400 meter free will be limited to 7 heats (42 swimmers).
The meet will be capped at 120 swimmers.

Age Groups:
18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, etc., in 5-year increments

Entries: 
Entries must be submitted using the online Club Assistant entry form. 
The meet will be limited to the first 120 swimmers. 
No Deck Entries will be accepted.
Entries must be completed online by 11:59 pm Eastern time on June 7th, 2019.
Fees will be paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com and are non-refundable.

Entry Fees:
Individual Events:  $ 5.00 per event                        
Swimmer Surcharge:  $25.00
Proceeds from the meet go to benefit the UMLY Swim Team Summer Nationals trip

Awards:
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 3rd place for each event for each sex and age group.

Refreshments:
Refreshments will be available throughout the meet.

Final results will be posted at the meet and online following the meet at DVMasters.org.
Results will be submitted to USMS for Top Ten consideration.
