Facilities:  Somerset Hills YMCA 140 Mount Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920

Indoor six lane – 25 yard pool with additional pool space available for warm-down during the meet. Automatic electronic timing and scoreboard will be used. Deck space for 80+ swimmers (on bleachers), and 100+ spectators (on bleachers in a mezzanine). 

The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.

Face masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals.  “Fully vaccinated” is defined as 2 weeks after the final dose of the vaccine series (2^nd for Pfizer or Moderna; 1^st for J&J).  If you are not vaccinated, please continue to wear a mask while inside the YMCA.  Of course, if you prefer to continue to wear a mask, you may do so.  If you do not feel well, please do not attend the meet.

Eligibility:      Open to all 2021 registered United States Masters Swimming (USMS) members 18 years or older as of June 26, 2021 who are registered in the NJ LMSC.
Rules:             2021 USMS rules apply.
Entries:          Maximum of six individual events, plus two relays.  
Deadline:        On-line entries close 11:59PM June 24.  On-line entries only.  No paper entries will be accepted.  Deck Entries will not be accepted.

Seeding:         All events are pre-seeded and timed finals. Heats are seeded and swum from slowest to fastest, with men and women seeded together.
Awards:         Ribbons for 1^st through 3^rd places by age group and men and women for individual events.

Fees:               $15.00 Meet Surcharge and $5 per individual event. - Entry fees are non-refundable.  All meet entrants will receive a U.S. Masters Swimming safety swim buoy for open water swimming.

Warm-Up:     The pool will be available for warm-up from 8:00 to 8:55am.  At least one warm-up/warm-down lane will be available during the entire meet. Diving permitted ONLY in designated 1-way sprint lanes, which will be announced during warm-up

Relays:           Relay entries will be free, however, all relay swimmers must be entered in at least one individual event.Relays will be deck entered. Relay entry forms will be provided and must be submitted at least 2 events before the relay event.

Psych Sheets: The meet will be pre-seeded and heat sheets will be emailed to all entrants on June 25. 

U.S. Masters Swimming Silicone Caps can be ordered with your meet registration for only $3.50 (they will be given to you at the meet).  Caps will also be on sale at the meet for $5.

Additional U.S. Masters Swimming Safety Swim Buoys can be ordered with your meet registration for only $15.  (they wil be given to you at the meet).  Buoys will also be on sale at the meet for $20.
