TIME: Warm-up: 7:00 - 7:50am Competition begins at 8:00am. 
Check-in from 6:30am to 8:00am

LOCATION: Norris Recreation Center @ St Charles East High School 1050 Dunham Rd, St Charles, IL 60174. 2 blocks north of route 64 on Dunham Rd.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be over 18 years of age and a current USMS member. In accordance with USMS rules, a photocopy of the registration card must be provided with your entry. Swimmers should also have their current USMS card available at the meet.

RULES: The 2019-2020 USMS Rules will govern conduct of the meet.

FACILITY: The Norris Recreation Center pool is a six-lane, 50-meter pool which will be divided into two 25-yard pools. The main competition pool will utilize a Colorado start system and a Colorado timing system with pads, semi-automatic back-ups and a full display scoreboard.

The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation.

Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, USMS National Records, and FINA World Records, will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement. The pool will be measured as required and a certification filed. Times recorded only using manual backup timing are ineligible for FINA World Records.

The hosts reserve the right to swim slower heats of the 400 IM and 500 Free in the shallow end, which will use watches as primary timing.

ENTRIES AND ENTRY LIMITS: Athletes may enter up to six individual events. Entries will be limited on a first-come/first-served basis to ensure completion of the meet by 2:00pm.

Relay entries will be made at the meet, with the administrative official. Relays will be deck entered and deck created. They will not be for Top 10 or Records and are for fun only.

Paper entries will be accepted, but must use the ILMSA Consolidated Entry Form available at http://ilmsa.com/files/meets/ConsolidatedEntryCard.pdf.

Checks for paper entries should be made out to St. Charles East High School Girls Swimming and Diving.

ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received by January 31, 2020. No deck entries other than relays will be allowed.

ENTRY FEES: There is a $10 per swimmer surcharge for the meet, with a $4 per event entry fee.

SEEDING: The meet will be pre-seeded. Heats will be run fastest-to-slowest, regardless of age or sex. Heat sheets will be posted online the day before the meet and will be available at meet check-in. if split, the 400 IM and 500 Free will have the slower heats in a separate pool. Anyone attempting a record should advise the administrative official so they can be seeded into a lane with automatic timing regardless of seed time.

AWARDS: Ribbons will be given for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places for each age group for each sex. Trophies will be given to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams.
