Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the uncertainty regarding public safety and the complexity of planning this event for 2021, the Swim with Pride Meet will be officially cancelled. ** Refunds will be handled within 10 business days

TIME
7:45 a.m. warm up, 9 a.m. meet start
LOCATION
Jones College Prep, 700 S State St, Chicago, IL 60605. Paid parking lot can be found across the street and in nearby parking garages. The school is accessible by the Chicago Red Line Train off the Harrison stop and other modes of public transportation.
FACILITY
An elevator ride to the 7th floor of Jones College Prep, you’ll find access to a six-lane, 25-yard pool featuring Daktronics Time System and Hy-Tek Swim Manager. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is on file and complies with USMS in accordance with article 105.1.7.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be over 18 years of age and a current USMS member. In accordance with USMS rules, verification of membership registration must be provided with your entry, verified through online registration. To register with USMS go to: https://www.usms.org/reg/register.php.
ENTRY OPTIONS
Entry fee is $35 for up to four (4) events. Register online here in Club Assistant. Credit card processing by ClubAssistant.com. Relays will be entered on-deck for $10 per relay and seeded at the meet.
ENTRY DEADLINE
Online registration will close at noon (CDT) Friday, June 26, 2020. No deck entries for individual events will be allowed.
MEET CONDUCT
2020 USMS rules govern the conduct of the meet. All events will be hand-timed finals. Electronic timing equipment will be available. All events will be seeded slowest to fastest. Participants are limited to 4 individual events and 3 relays. Competitors attempting records must notify the starter to assure that three (3) timers are available for that individual’s race.
Note: Participation in the 100-yard (4 X 25 yrds) Floral Swim Cap Retro Relay will not count against the 3-relay limit. Floral cap and fabulous accessories will be provided, henny, and all are encouraged to sashay into this relay! Okurrr?
Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, USMS National Records, and FINA World Records, except times recorded only using manual backup timing are ineligible for FINA World Records.
AWARDS
Trophies for top three scoring teams. Ribbons for individuals in 1st-5th place by age group.
