PLEASE NOTE:
We have received word from Elgin School District U-46 that all activities involving people from outside the district must be canceled until further notice. Unfortunately, this means that the Sabrehawk/Academy Bullets Masters Invite on Saturday, March 14 is canceled. The meet will not be rescheduled in 2020.

Facility:
Bartlett High School Pool, 701 Schick Rd, Bartlett IL 60103.
The pool is on the southeast side of campus. The BHS pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards long with fixed walls and electronic timing. Proceeds from previous meets contributed to new blocks! The meet will be swum in 5 lanes, with Lane 6 to be used as continuous warm-up/warm-down. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1. Athlete and spectator seating is available in the stands along the East side of the pool.
Timing:
Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, and USMS National Records.
Eligibility:
Must be over 18 years of age and a current USMS member. In accordance with USMS rules, a valid 2020 USMS number must be provided with your entry. Swimmers should also have their current USMS card available at the meet. You will be expected to sign a liability waiver at check-in.
Schedule:
7:30am Check-in opens. 7:45am Pool Opens for Warm-up. 9am Meet Starts.

We will be working with ClubAssistant to see what we can do to refund entry fees to meet entrants. Since this situation is occurring simultaneously with many events across the country, it may take some time for us to effect a solution. We appreciate your understanding and patience under these extraordinary circumstances. Based on what we know now, we expect refunds to be processed no later than two weeks from the entry deadline date (March 12, 2020).
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Please also understand that as a participant myself, I wanted to swim too, so I am both a frustrated swimmer and event director. We will work our way through these extraordinary circumstances and learn how to provide you with a better meet experience in the future.

Awards:
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 3rd places by gender and age groups for each individual event and relay.Entry Limits:
Per USMS Rules, each individual is limited to swim officially no more than six (6) individual events per day. Each athlete may only swim each relay once. The 500 Free is limited to the first 25 entries with no waitlist.
Swim The Gauntlet!:
Want to swim all 8 high school events? Put in your seed times for the 8 events marked "The Gauntlet" in this online entry. To comply with USMS rules, only the first 6 individual swims will count in the results database, so the 100 back and 100 breast will be listed in the official results as “NS.”
Entry Fees:
Individual events are entered online here on Club Assistant and paid by credit card to "Bullets Masters".
1 individual event for $15
2 to 5 individual events for $30
6 to 8 individual events for $40
$5 per relay (cash/check accepted on deck for relays)
Online Entries (new in 2020):
Enter individual events online here on Club Assistant software with an online entry closing of 11:59pm Central Time March 12, 2019. No individual deck entries will be accepted. Relays are deck entered. Teams will receive relay entry forms at Check-in.
