8/30/24 - Added 200 Fly to order of events. It is currently listed as the last Event 23 for registration because entries were already in the meet and could not be rearranged without significant programming requirements. However, the 200 Fly will be swum as Event 11 before the 200 Free Relay (Event 12, 13, 14 - swum together).

Warm-up: 9 AM; Meet starts at 10 AM

LOCATION: Fidalgo Pool and Fitness Center
1603 22^nd Street, Anacortes, WA 98221, (360) 293-0673

FACILITY: Competition 25 METERS, 6 lanes. Temp 81°F. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. Continuous warm-up/cool down is available in the two side wings of the pool.

TIMING SYSTEM: The primary timing system will be automatic timing (Daktronics). Times from this competition will be eligible for world record, USMS record, and Top 10 consideration.

RULES: Current USMS rules will govern the meet.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all 2024 USMS or foreign registered swimmers 18 and above as of 12/31/24. Age groups based on the swimmer’s age as of 12/31/24. Foreign registered swimmers must provide proof of current registration in their country’s federation.

ENTRIES: Swimmers may enter up to 6 individual events. Entries must be submitted online by 11:59 (Pacific) Sunday, September 22, 2024.

DECK ENTRIES: No race day entries accepted.

SEEDING: All events slow to fast, age group and genders mixed. Pre-seeding except for relays, 400 IM, 400 Free, and 800 Free.

CHECK-IN: Positive check-in required for the 400 IM, 400 Free, and 800 Free by 9:15 AM. Swimmers missing the check-in deadline may be scratched from the event.

RELAYS: Deck-enter relays at the meet
