Location: Sun Prairie High School Pool 888 Grove St, Sun Prairie, WI 53590

Time: Sunday Feb 9, 2020. Pool opens 10:30 AM. Warm-up 10:45 AM. Meet starts 12:00 PM.

 
Eligibility: Open to all registered U. S. Masters Swimmers 18 years old or older. There are two membership options. 1. Annual USMS membership for swimmers good through 12/31/2020. 2. One event membership ($15.00) for this one day meet). Online entry is required for one event memberships. Times swum under one event registration are not eligible for USMS Top 10 consideration. One event memberships are also not eligible for USMS or Wisconsin records (individual or relay), All-American or All-Star consideration. One event swimmers may not swim relays except if the relay is swum as exhibition. The one event registration can be converted to a full USMS membership within 30 days.
 
Rules: Official Masters Rules will govern this meet. All events will be timed finals. 

Seeding: Heats will be computer seeded, slowest to fastest. Please submit a reasonably accurate seed time. A NO TIME will be seeded in the slowest heat.

Timing: Primary:Automatic timing system (Colorado). Secondary: semi-automatic with one button. Tertiary: one watch. Qualifies as appropriate for setting USMS records, effective 1/1/2018.

Warm-Up: Lane 8 will be a start and sprint lane with swimming in one direction only and exiting to the side or end. Lanes 1-7 will be for circle swimming only. NO DIVING STARTS or BACKSTROKE STARTS from the blocks or the deck in these lanes. Swimmers must enter the pool feet first in a cautious manner. Hand paddles, kickboards, fins, etc. may not be used at any time during the warm-up period. Lane 1 will be the designated lane for warm-up/cool down during meet. No jumping, diving or socializing in Lane 1 or in the handicap ramp while the meet is in progress.

Entry Fee: Registered USMS swimmers: $5.00 per individual event, plus a $15.00 facility fee. Non-registered swimmers: $5.00 per event, plus a $30.00 pool facility fee.

Entry Limit: Six individual events plus relays. The 500 freestyle will be limited to the first 28 entries received and each swimmer entered in the event will be responsible for providing a person to count for them. This is a positive check-in event.

On-line Entry: The on-line meet entry deadline is Saturday, February 8, 2020. Deck entries for individual events will not be accepted. 

Paper Entry: Paper entries must be received by 6:00PM, Saturday, February 1, 2020. The Universal Meet Entry Form must be used, one person per form. The liability release must be signed without any alterations. Fees, payable to ‘Madison Area Masters’ and a copy of current USMS registration card must accompany paper entry form. Deck entries for individual events will not be accepted.

Directions: From I94 exit 244(CTH N). Go north. Navigate two roundabouts and drive approximately 4 miles to stoplight. Turn left, drive toward athletic fields, and use door #20 to enter building. From Hwy 151, exit 103 (CTH N). Go south. Bristol Street will merge with STH 19. At first stoplight turn left onto Main Street. At second stoplight turn right onto Grove Street. Turn right at 888 Grove Street, drive toward athletic fields, and use door #20 to enter building.
