2019 Convention Information
Hello 2019 USAS Delegate!
We look forward to seeing you in St Louis, Missouri September 10 to 15, 2019! USAS Convention is at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis At The Arch.
The 2019 Convention Registration fee is $180 per person if paid by August 22nd, midnight Eastern time. The Registration fee after August 22nd is $210 per person. Registration fee includes the Saturday evening Awards banquet.
Online registration before you arrive is preferred. However, if pre-registration is not possible, on-site registration at $210 per person will be accepted. One-Day Registration is $75. Two-Day Registration is $140. One-Day and Two-Day Registrations may be processed on-site at the Registration desk. One-Day and Two-Day Registrations do not include the Saturday evening Awards banquet.
Online Registration for Individual Attendee: For individuals please proceed to the bottom of this page to register.
Online Registration for Groups: Please contact conventionregistration@usaquaticsports.org and the link to Online Group Registration will be sent to you.
Online registration is highly recommended. If you prefer to register by paper, paying by check and mailing your registration, here is the link to the Individual Registration form. For groups of 5 or more, please use the Group Registration form. Completion of all fields is required.
You must be registered if you attend or are a presenter at any of the convention meetings. Only registered attendees are eligible for the Hyatt convention room rate.
