10&U Coed- Fall
We are excited to offer three training sessions for the 10Under Co-Ed (boys and girls) team this fall; Sundays October 22nd, 29th and November 5th from 3-5pm at Rio Americano HS at no cost.  After these three workouts if your athlete wants to continue they are welcome to register for the 12U teams and train with them through the winter. The 10U team will reconvene in late February.  We take winter off due to the weather being so cold for the younger athletes.
