Postal Pentathlon Group Workout

Group Workout, where all participants will swim the “Postal Pentathlon” Lineup.
Participate in MN Masters Own 2015 Postal Pentathlon or just come for a swim!

-We will provide signup sheets for those who wish to enter the official event, along with      providing Stop Watches to capture official times for those that want to. 

-You can Choose between the Sprint, Middle Distance, & Iron-Man Courses, or all Three!

7:30-8:15 warm-up
8:15-8:30 organize heats
8:30-10:00 swim pentathlon
10:30-12:00 brunch at a nearby restaurant*
*participants will be responsible for their own food and beverage costs

You will recieve an email to coordinate Car-Pooling from the Twin Cities Metro Area.
