Group Workout before NSAC meet

Join us for a group workout before our 1st Annual NSAC State Tune-up Masters Meet.  Come swim in the Pool MN Masters Helped remodel. Look for our name on the donor wall.

Workout will start at 8:00 AM and go until Meet Warm-ups Start around 9:00 AM.
You do not have to attend the meet to attend the Group Workout
