Short Course Axis Clinic

The OMS stroke clinic, offered by Oregon Masters Swimming coaches, will help competitive swimmers learn important swimming drills that will improve stroke technique. Learn how to be efficient in the water and enjoy your swimming experience. The registration for the clinic is limited to 36 swimmers.

10:30-11:45am     Breaststroke Clinic with Tim Waud
11:45-12:00pm    Feedback session

Prerequisites
All swimmers must meet ONE of these prerequisites.  Current USMS membership is required.

• Be a current member of USMS
• Join USMS
• Complete a 30-Day USMS Trial Offer.

All participants must sign a USMS liability waiver.

Swimmers need to bring fins, suit, goggles and a towel.

Fees
$40.00 per swimmer

Who should attend?
Swimmers who would like to improve stroke technique in butterfly and breaststroke.

Online Registration
Online and day of event registration will be available. Registration will close when course enrollment reaches 36.
