BWAQ 2015 One Hour Postal Swim @ Evergreen

Qualifies for 2015 USMS One Hour Postal National Championship. $20 entry fee includes entry in the official USMS event and pays for the pool and coach.

Bring a person to count laps for you and a stop watch that can run for an hour.

Note - if you are in contention for a National Record, your splits must be recorded to the nearest 100th of a second. All other splits must be recorded to the nearest second.

There is room for 18 swimmers. If more than 18 register, another hour will be added at 9 am.

Check-in at 7:45 am. Swim starts at 8:00 am sharp!
