A light hearted approach to improving your stroke and learning how to lap swim for exercise with enthusiasm! Go home with workouts you can use at lap swim during the week. Class Schedule: Saturday, January 20th Freestyle basics, Saturday, February 10th Backstroke basics, Saturday, April 21st Breaststroke basics and Saturday, May 18th Butterfly basics.
