We have partnered with Blaire Bradly DC and Airossti to provide guided foam rolling sessions explicitly tailored for swimming.
Foam rolling is a type of self-myofascial release (SMR) that helps relieve tightness in muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion and flexibility. Regular foam rolling can help reduce the risk of injury and improve workout recovery.
Blaire will guide you on the roller at 9:05 am, and then at 9:35-10:30; you'll hop in for a swim workout with Wendy,

Foam Rolling is complementary with Sunday, 2/5 workout enrollment of $15
