1. Brief intro and discussion
2. Approximately 2 hours pool time
3. Approximately 1 hour of video review with everyone

About the Coach: Nadine Day is a certified ASCA Masters Level 3, coach of masters and young adult swimmers. She has conducted swim camps across the country. She is known for her enthusiastic, energetic, and methodical approach to healthy swimming. The focal points of her swim clinics are injury prevention, technique, and training. Nadine is a licensed a physical therapist.

Fee: $50 per person (maximum 20 participants)
($10.00 discount if you register for the January 14 swim meet AND the swim clinic. Register online for the swim meet and select the swim clinic on the Fees page to join the clinic for the discounted price of $40.)

Entry Deadlines: Online entries are preferred. Online entries must be completed by January 12, 2012 at 11:59 PM central time. Paper entries must be postmarked by January 5, 2012.
