Summer Swim Team- Technique and Improvement
       June 12th-July 13th
       *No practice July 3 & 4
              Open to the public- all athletes 18 & under

Mon-Thurs at Rio HS
             13 & over   10:30-11:30 am
             9-12           10:30-11:30 am
             8 & under   11:30-12:15 pm

This four and a half week swim team is designed to provide instruction for the individual swimmer or water polo player to improve their skill and efficiency in the water. Instructors will focus on the techniques of the various swimming strokes with emphasis on proper head and body position and stroke improvement drills. Progress will be charted by weekly time trials during Thursdays practice, because the more efficient you are, the faster you will go.


Cost-$175

Space is limited. 
We do not bill upon registration and will process all credit cards on file after the first week of practice.  We like to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the program before finacial commitment.  No refunds after June 20th.

Please notify us in writing if you are not going to participate in this program so we can remove you prior to billing, prior to June 20th.
