Pilot Registration for Swim Fort De Soto 2017

Escort (pilot) for a swimmer in the 2nd Annual Swim Fort De Soto!
When: Saturday, October 28, 2017
Where: Fort De Soto Park, St. Petersburg (Tierra Verde), Florida

We're looking for volunteer pilots (kayakers, paddle boarders) to escort open water swimmers around the island of Fort De Soto Park in St. Petersburg (Tierra Verde), Florida. This is a 6.5-mile swim/paddle where the pilot will provide navigation, safety, and food/water for the swimmer. The pilot is an essential component of the swimmers success!

The race will start at the public boat ramp on Fort De Soto Park and finish at Shelter #14 on the beach.

The official race hotel is the Postcard Inn On The Beach. There are a block of 15 rooms available with a great room discount and no resort fee. When making a reservation, tell them you are with Swim Without Limits. You MUST CALL THEM or email them to book your room. Don't wait too long as once the rooms are gone, they're gone!
