Keep the FUN in Swimming and the Pain at Home


Please join Arlette Godges MS, PT, OCS, GCS and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Los Banos for a special clinic out of the water. The clinic will start at 10:30am and we clear the pool at 11:45. This clinic is for all ages, all abilities.  Must be a current SBMS and USMS member and cost is $25.


What to expect:
45 min presentation with active participation
followed by:
30 min recovery swim or you can stay on land for more

What to bring if available:

• Foam Roller
• Yoga Mat
• Questions
• Wear comfortable clothes

• Self- assessment for joint/muscle mobility
• Postural alignment on land and how it relates to the water
• Why is alignment in the water important to prevent neck, back and shoulder pain?
• Strategies to implement at home
