Open Water Training Clinic June 4 - August 24
Clinic starts Tuesday June 4 | Final Ocean Swim is August 22 at Reef & Run

Tuesday pool workout 6:00 - 7:15 PM Los Baños del Mar Pool
Thursday (Optional) Reef and Run 6:30 PM start at East Beach
Sunday ocean workout 9:00-10:00 AM East Beach
 
We are training for Open Water swims in the ocean with one pool workout on Tuesdays at Los Baños Pool from 6:00-7:15 PM and an open water swim workout on Sundays at East Beach from 9:00-10:00 AM. You also have the option to participate in Reef and Run on Thursday starting at 6:30PM.  You must attend a pool workout before you can attend an open water swim.  Open water events will have certified Lifeguard/Coaches and Paddle Board for Safety.  Pool workouts will focus on stroke technique and endurance and Open Water Swims will focus on open water-specific swimming skills/tricks of trade and endurance. 

Fee is $200 for the Tuesday pool workout and Sunday ocean workout. (Pro-rated fee 6/25)
Fee is $260 for the Tuesday pool workout and Sunday ocean workout.

Registration includes t-shirt and swim cap. ALL participants must be current U.S. Masters Swimming members. If you are not a current U.S. Masters Swimming member you will need to register for USMS.
