Introductory Workouts

Are you interested in trying a swim workout with Blue Wave Aquatics?  Our team is happy to have non-members (ages 18 and older) join us for workouts before making the decision to join! We are a US Masters Swimming (USMS) registered club, and hold 12 workouts each week in two locations in Federal Way.  See the current workout schedule and please be sure to check our calendar for any last-minute changes as our swims can be affected by pool meets.

Our usual drop-in fee is $15 per workout, but if you have never swam with us before, you can take advantage of our introductory offer of two workouts for $15!

Please complete the following registration and please be sure to include the dates and times of the two workouts you plan to attend. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our membership coordinator.
