Liability: In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that U.S. Masters Swimming, the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona, Sol Mates LLC dba Mesa Aquatics Club, the City of Mesa, Mesa Public Schools and all meet officials and volunteers shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes all warm-up sessions.

Location: Kino Aquatics Center, 848 N. Horne, Mesa AZ 85203

Course: Eight lane, outdoor, 25-meter pool with non-turbulent lane lines, Colorado timing system, continuous warm up / warm down available throughout meet on the south side of bulkhead 

The length of the competition course with a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Eligibility: Any swimmer with a valid 2019 USMS registration or a valid travel permit from another country is eligible. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2019 USMS registration card or travel permit with their entry.

Rules:
1. 2019 USMS rules apply.
2. All events are timed finals.
3. Swimmers are limited to a total of 5 individual events for the entire meet.
4. Age on December 31, 2019 determines the age group of the swimmer for the entire meet.
5. All events, except the 1500 free, 400 free & 400IM will be pre-seeded. 

6. The 1500 Free , 400 IM , 400 Free will be limited to the first 24 entries for each event
7.  All events will be seeded slowest to fastest.
8. Positive check-in required for event #1 (1500m Free) by 7:30am, 400IM by 8:00am and 400 Free by 8:30am All other events will be pre-seeded by time slowest to fastest, mixed gender. The 1500m freestyle, 400m IM & 400m freestyle Please note that swimmers must provide their own counters, timers will be provided!

Entries and fees: Entries must be received by September 16, 2019 at 11:59p.m. Late entries will not be accepted. There will be no deck entries. There is a flat $35 fee for the meet IF YOU ENTER ONLINE 

For mailed entries please use the new Arizona Consolidated entry card for this method. Fill it out completely and include event numbers and seed times for all events you plan to swim, and include a copy of your USMS registration card and mail to the address below.The meet fee for Mail enrty is $40 and should be postmarked no later than 9/11/2019

Parking: Free parking will be available in the Kino Junior High Parking lot as well as along Horne dr.

Silent Auction: There will once again be a fantastic silent auction with proceeds going to the AASF, purchases by cash, check or credit only. If you would like to make a tax deductible contribution in support of the AASF: www.azasf.com

Commemorative Meet Shirt: A memorial shirt will be available to order/purchase for $15 when entering the meet, proceeds will go toward the fundraising efforts for the AASF a 501c3 that provides scholarships to low income families with children who want to participate in competitive swimming.
